NCLEX-RN practice built for nurses educated outside the US

In 2025 fewer than half of internationally educated nurses passed the NCLEX-RN on their first attempt. Find out where you stand, free, in about 45 minutes.

Take the free diagnostic

52,827 internationally educated nurses sat the NCLEX-RN for the first time in 2025, and 24,999 passed: 47%. Source: NCSBN 2025 NCLEX examination statistics, Table 1.

How the diagnostic works

  1. 50 questions, weighted like the real exam. Each of the eight Client Needs categories gets the share of questions the 2026 NCLEX-RN test plan gives it.
  2. An explanation after every answer, based on US nursing practice, which is what the NCLEX tests, with metric equivalents for lab values and temperatures.
  3. Your results by category. See which areas to study first. Stop after 10 questions if you are short of time.

No account and no password. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to email yourself the results.

The full question bank is being built now. Founding members get three months of full access for $29, once it opens.

Full access opens by 31 January 2027. If it does not, every founding member is refunded in full without having to ask.
